- Despite setting the SMSTSWaitForSecondReboot variable, a timing problem may still result in a double reboot that breaks a task sequence.
- Temporary files used on management points and cloud management gateway (CMG) systems are now precompiled and signed to prevent false positives from security or code integrity scanners.
- The SMS Agent Host service (ccmexec.exe) terminates unexpectedly when downloading content from a cloud-based source.
- The content download from a cloud management gateway to a client can fail with HTTP code 500, status ‘Internal Server Error’ after updating to version 2403.
- Collection management and policy processing might take longer than expected. The error logged is Waiting for exec sp_ProcessPolicyChanges 1 to complete.

Installing the KB28204160 hotfix update is a simple and easy process and can be done with these steps:
- Open the SCCM console and go to the Updates and Servicing node. Here you should find the update KB28204160 ready for installation. Right-click the Configuration Manage 2403 Hotfix Rollup (KB28204160) update and select Install Update Pack.
- On the General page, take a look at updates offered by Hotfix and select Next.
- You must accept the license terms for update installation. Click Next.
- Review the hotfix details on the summary page.
- Close the Configuration Manager updates wizard. The KB28204160 update installation begins now.

Once the KB28204160 hotfix is installed on your primary site, you must update your secondary sites to apply this fix. Note that this process has to be done manually for each secondary site. In the ConfigMgr console, select Administration > Site Configuration > Sites > Recover Secondary Site, and then select the secondary site. The primary site then reinstalls that secondary site by using the updated files.
